    Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, business interruption, or third-party claims arising from geological events beyond our control. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  5. 5. Warranties and Disclaimers

    Services are performed with professional care consistent with industry standards. We do not guarantee that any slope or structure will remain stable indefinitely, as geological conditions can change. All monitoring data is provided as-is for informational purposes and should be verified by independent assessment where required by regulation.

  6. 6. Termination

    Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of a material breach, the non-breaching party may terminate immediately. Upon termination, you must return or destroy all confidential materials and pay for services rendered up to the termination date.

  7. 7. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect 14 days after posting on this page. Continued use of the site after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

  8. 8. Governing Law and Disputes

    These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nagpur, Maharashtra, before a single arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement. Each party bears its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
